NRG-ORION was established in 1999. The scope of the company was electricity savings, which was achieved through improvements in the quality of electricity at industrial installations.

At the beginning of 2006, NRG-ORION made a dynamic entrance into the sector of energy generation from photovoltaic systems, thus taking advantage of the extensive experience of its executives and its electricity infrastructure. At the same time, it attached particular significance to ongoing training for its technical staff and monitoring market developments with the main objective of providing optimum technical and economic solutions, prioritising quality, to its customers.

The company’s offices are located in Thessaloniki. The electrical assembly workshop, pilot photovoltaic plant and storage areas are located near the industrial zone of Thessaloniki, at Vathylakkos.

The objective of the company is to provide high-quality and good-value products and services through constant research and development in new technologies, which supplement its know how.
